So i had my 14.5 week appointment today. Everything went really well. Over the past couple of weeks i was using the home doppler heart beat thingy and we spent hours (total) trying to find the heartbeat but we couldnt. So i was a little worried the last couple of days. But today the dr. used their doppler thing and found the heartbeat in like 5 seconds!! Man they are good!!! So the baby's heartbeat is 156!!! A strong heartbeart! So that was exciting to hear our little peanut!!!
p.s For all you family members who are taking the weight poll..... as of today i yet to gain a single pound!!!! hahahaha!!

My one tip for you Michelle is to remember that although family and friends have wonderful experiences for you to learn from, each and every pregnancy is individual. Each conception is the beginning of a unique life and some things you do or don't experience might very well be just as normal or healthy as some body else's. Keep that in mind everyday through this pregnancy, your labor and your delivery. Nobody can tell you exactly what to expect, but that's the miracle of life.
