Dr. Appoinment today!

So Nick and I went to the doctors today. It went really good. I started out by drinking a glucose drink. It was lemon lime. I did NOT like it. I had to wait an hour and then had blood drawn. I will know in 4 days if there is anything wrong. I then meet with the doctor. I only gained another 2 pounds. The doctor said my weight is great. So I am up to 14 lbs that I have gained since the beginning of the pregnancy. Not bad i guess! The baby is measuring at 29 weeks and im supposed to be 30 weeks so the doctor said everything looks great! Since I am now in my last trimester they want me to come in every two weeks now. Man it is getting closer and I have a feeling that these next 10 weeks are gonna go by fast! So with that the doctors went great today!!!

Swimming at TTM's

So Jen and I watched Ali on friday! It's always a treat watching my little princess! Well aunty jen got this great idea to take Ali swimming. Alison looked so cute in her green bathing suit. TTM on the other hand did not look so hot. I do NOT have a maternity bathing suit that covers my big belly up so I had to break down and wear a BIKNI!!!!!!!!! UGHH who does that?!?!?! Luckly there was only one other person there at the pool and fortunately for me she was pregnant too and was due any day. So compare to her I felt a little better. So when i was telling people that I had gotten into a bikni they said I MUST post a picture.... so here you go....I hope I dont make anyone lose their lunch!!!

27 & 28 Week

Here is an update of my week 27 and 28 belly pictures... I dont see how everyone still thinks im still "small" who doesnt have a belly! My belly is so tight but man she has been moving so much lately! I love feeling her move expect when im trying to sleep! But I guess i should get used to that for when she is crying in the middle of the night and I have to get up with her. Her furniture was finally delivered yesterday! I was "supposed" to have the room painted and all done by yesterday BUT that did not happen! I can't decide on what paint to use!!! Ugh its so hard decorating a nursery! Dont worry as soon as i pick colors and the furniture gets put together I will post pictures!

Happy Be-Lated Easter

I have been soooo tired lately that I have neglected my blog! How sad huh?!?!?! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Nick and I had a wonderful one. But it was very tiring seeing that we had 3 houses we needed to make apperances at. We first started out at Grandma and Aunty Sandy's house. We didnt get to visit with the family for more than an hour because then we headed off to Nick's Grammies house. There were a ton of people there. Then headed back to my dad's house! We relaxed a little more at my dads since we were there for a few hours! We love spending the holidays with both our families! Here are a few pictures of Easter!

We didnt get the 5 dresser... we got the combo with out the hutch on top. I doubt she needed that....and this of course is the crib... in this exact color

Big Day!

So yesterday was a big day for Nick and I. Yesterday Nick took part in a charity run called "Law Enforcement Special Olympic Torch Run!" It was so cool to see Nick take part in the run with his fellow academy classmates. It was also neat to see Nick in action as he was a great leader out there. He always tells me how he is the one who steps up first and how his fellow classmates always nominate Nick to do everything. And I was able to see it first hand yesterday. I am so proud of Nick! Im gonna post some pictures and a small video clip of the run!

We also went crib shopping with my dad yesterday! It was a long process but we finally picked the perfect crib, the perfect dresser and the perfect rocking chair. It will all be delievered on thursday april 16th!! So we have till then to paint the nursery... any volunteers?!?!?!? hahahah! Nick was very funny about the kind of handles on the dresser and the way the crib looked.... he was so sweet in making sure his daughter has the perfect crib! Even jen and my dad were laughing at us! Needless to say, we appreciate everything my dad did for us!! We love ya G-PA!!!
